Pet Collar
Q: What material is used for the pet collar?
A: Our pet collars are handmade with paracord, which is a lightweight nylon kernmantle rope. Not only it is light, it is also very durable!
Q: Is the pet collar adjustable?
A: No, our pet collar is not adjustable. Hence, measurement of the neck of your furkid is required. Please refer to our measuring guide here (REMEMBER TO PUT HYPERLINK)
Q: What happens if the collar is too loose?
A: You may contact us via Instagram/Whatsapp for readjustments. We can help with the readjustment of the collar for free. However, you will have to bear the shipping cost for the roundtrip. Only applicable for orders based in Malaysia.
Pet Tag
Q: What material is used for the pet tags?
A: Our pet tags are 3D printed and it is made from PLA (PLA is classified as a 100% biosourced plastic: it's made of renewable resources such as corn or sugar cane).
Q: Is the pet tag chew-proof?
A: Sadly No :( Our pet tags are made from PLA, which have similar properties as plastic.
Shipping & Delivery
Q:How long does it take to process the order?
A: Please allow 3-7 working days to process the order. Every item is handmade/custom made, hence a longer processing time is needed! If we are unable to process the order within 7 days, it is because there is a surge of orders, please drop us a message on Instagram/Whatsapp!
Q: Do you provide worldwide shipping?
A: No. Right now we only provide shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. However, we are working on expanding our shipping zone.
